OUR FEE STRUCTURE

We want to have a simple and transparent fee structure so you can measure our value-add and your 'make' or 'buy' decisions become easy. Our fee structure will be a fixed monthly charge based on the scope of work with a minimum of 6 months contract. We believe we need at least 6 months to work through sustainable data stories with adequate business context that can be repeatable in the future.

You can expect our resources to be hands-on, onshore, cross functional thinkers, problem solvers and best in class operating partners to the C-Suite level leaders. They will operate with BI as a core skillsets.

ABOUT US

We are a small team of C-Suite leaders who have been in the shoes of a GM, CFO and CIO of large and medium companies in multiple industries. We have very much experienced the same challenges we have laid out here on our jobs for us and our teams. We see a gap between the pace at which technology is advancing and is being truly operationalized.
